Green with a garden inside.

Gem cutters call the inclusions inside an emerald its jardin, French for garden. As a candle this green looks almost flat, holding that garden back until the flame finds it.

In the flame it liquifies into verdant green, the tones shifting between forest and bright jade. The drop lands sharp, then the warmth spreads lush and slow, like moss over stone.

Pure paraffin sets in gemlike layers over the curve. It lifts away in casts, every facet intact.

How to Use:

Light the candle. Once the wax starts to melt around the base of the wick, tip parallel and test the first drops on your own forearm before the canvas. Avoid inverting the candle, hold parallel to the canvas and rotate in the hand to melt wax evenly. Height controls temperature. Higher is cooler, lower is hotter. Build from there, one deliberate drop at a time.

Metallic finishes run warmer than standard paraffin, the mica in the pigment holds extra heat. Watch the wick while it burns. If it stops burning down with the candle, put it out and trim the wick before relighting.

Safety:

Formulated for wax play. Keep away from eyes, face, broken skin and hair. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Trim the wick between sessions. Consent and communication before the first drop, always.

Paraffin retains heat longer than soy. Never let it pool on the skin, as pooled wax can run significantly hotter than the stated melting point and risks burns.
