Domestic Shipping

Free Shipping: All orders within Australia over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

Standard Shipping Rates: Orders under $100 are subject to a flat rate of $10 per order for standard shipping within Australia.

Express Post Options: All orders may be upgraded to Express Post within Australia at the following additional costs based on order weight:

  • 0-500g: $14.00
  • 500g-1000g: $19.00
  • 1000g+: $23.00

Summer Shipping Policy for Candles: From 1st November to 28th February, all candles are automatically shipped via Express Post at a flat rate of $10 due to summer heat and the risk of heat damage. During this period, candles will only be posted Monday through Wednesday.

Leather Goods Shipping: All leather goods ship free of charge using Standard Shipping within Australia. Express Post upgrades are available at additional cost as above. All leather goods purchases include free insurance coverage.

Processing Times and Policies

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days of purchase
  • We will endeavour to accommodate urgent shipping requests, however due to our location outside a capital city, we cannot guarantee expedited processing
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers, these are outside of our control once the parcel has been lodged with the carrier.

International Shipping

Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated at Australia Post's standard international parcel rates by weight and destination zone. Product Restrictions: We are unable to ship CrocoDragon Tails outside of Australia at this time.

International Fees and Charges: Customs fees, duties, tariffs, and other charges may apply to international orders and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We are currently investigating options for upfront payment of these fees and charges.

Important for International Orders: Please include a phone number with your international shipping address to help avoid customs delays and holds.

Buyer Responsibilities

Accurate Shipping Information: Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping addresses. Please ensure all details are accurate before completing your order.

Delivery Location: Customers must ensure there is a safe location available for parcel delivery. We recommend considering package security when selecting your delivery address.

Shipping Damage: We cannot provide refunds for shipping damage unless insurance has been purchased with your order. 

Order Tracking: Please monitor the tracking number sent to you via email. Once a package has been dispatched from our facility, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier and is outside our control.

Package Collection: Customers are responsible for collecting packages from delivery points or collection centres within the specified timeframes. Packages returned to sender due to non-collection are not eligible for refund.
